Alliant is fully USDA inspected, including the operation of an on premise portion cutting and grinding facility. This allows us to meet our customers needs with specific and unique cuts and portions of requested meats in house.
We have a cutting room in house which is fully inspected by the USDA on a daily basis allowing us to customize your needed cuts to order. Our butchers have a combined total of over 50 years of experience in the industry. In addition to customization, standard cuts are done daily as well. This guarantees that you will get the freshest cuts of meat, pork, and poultry at the highest quality. It also gives us the peace of mind that our customers are getting exactly what they want in turn ensuring that your customers are getting exactly what they want. Our cutting room operates under strict H.A.C.C.P. guidelines based on the U.S.D.A. F.S.I.S..
